I'm Felix Marcelinus from Coonoor TN. I purchased Dell inspiron 1464 laptop online thru Mr. Asheesh Sharma vide Order No. 0546303, Invoice Dt.25/03/2010. Quotation No.IRIS3429883. The laptop has developed some problem and is running slow. I think it has to be repaired or the OS to be formatted. The Service Tag No is 3Y195BS.
