Hi team, i have submitted my laptop for in warranty repair on the 13/11/2017 and still waiting for part. Service center has confirm that they have requested for parts the same day. I have called multiple times to service center they are giving the same excuse that waiting for parts. I have spoken to then today and they have mention parts will be available next month and was referred to dell customer center. I have spoken with dell customer care they have asked me visit the store call from there this is not accepted as i m using the laptop for business and without it for 1 or more month is not acceptable. I have purchase a device from you and if parts are not available you have to make other arrangements for me.
I have spoken with dell customer care and was promised that they will expedite the part availability or give alternate option however they are not giving any option.
Just telling me wait till 7/12/2017 that not acceptable to be without laptop for 2o days

I have purchased new laptop from your offical website dell laptop. Com when I buy laptop there is accessories and services but when it is come there is no accessories

the laptop model no is 15 3567 its processor is i7 7th generation I hope you will understand and take action quickly
