Dell India — Support Request [protected]

I submitted this support request on January 23, 2022, to resolve a payment-related issue that Dell handled incorrectly.
This has been a disastrous experience with Dell's products and the customer service that Dell provides. Dell had my trust, but I was completely incorrect.
Any financial issue should be resolved as soon as possible. But it's been almost a month now. I had no answer from customer service, and I received no response to my emails to customer service.

Regrettably, the portal indicates that a customer care person is in contact with us.

If the organization does not respond within the next few days, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court of Law.
