Dell India — switched off system

Purchased dell system may 9th 2019
From then on i'm purchasing lots of issues i contacted dell person at ashok pillar, chennai, india (Purchase showroom) but no response as well called to your customer support team twice.
Call 1: they check for hardware software issue all cleared but after that only 1 hr i used.
But again today the issue strtd...
Call 2 : display grains issue as well system got switched off nearly twice in between the work time of 30 min... Later now the system is permanently off...
Tech support replied: no response but to escape transferred the call to nearly 5 -6 people and again asking for same questions...
Hope you reply and let me know the procedure for replacement or money back
