Dell — laptop replacement issue

sir, dell is not replacing my laptop. i have bought a new dell laptop of 48, 900. but there is problem of pixel and heating problem in it. This problem is occuring from 2nd day of buying date. so dell said to me that they could replace . but they couldn't replace my same laptop model 5547. they are offering me another laptop of low cost. and also they are not refund my full money.
