[Resolved] Dell — Not giving service to In-Warranty Customers
Hello I am Prathmesh Nikam and I purchased a laptop named Dell inspiron 3511 for 65, 000/-Rs.
3 months back on 27 October 2021.
On 27 January 2022 It's hinge is broken and it's lid is stuck and I can not open the laptop.
Take a note that I did not made an accident nor the laptop was falled.
From last few weeks there was a click sound whenever I open the laptop. I also read thousand posts on Dell Community Forum, DellCares Twitter handle and Review of this model on official Dell website and Came to know that it is a manufacturing/Design flaw or defect.
Now it's been 14 Days I launched the service request and Dell Support is just delaying the service.The Delayed the service 4 time and again asking to wait till 2 March.I am mentally and professionally suffering due to this.
Dell support is not responding in human.
Only bots are chain and giving same response.
Please Help me Out!!!

Hello my Complaint is being resolved by Dell India. A technician visited at my home today and did the needful work to fix my laptop and replaced the necessary parts. The email address I used to contact dell technical support is [email protected] Dell taken 23 Days to resolve my issue but finally the laptop is well and good. I hope Dell will level-up there After-Sale services Thank you Dell India!!!
