Hi,
I have submitted my laptop in Dell service center, (Ambattur) on 06-Sep-2014, to replace the broken display. And they informed me that they will charge 7k to replace. After couple of weeks, i got a call from the service center that it has been done. When I went to collect my Dell laptop (Inspiron N4110), noticed that the panel has been broken and my laptop looks like it has been picked up from dust-bin. Your executives doesn't even know how to handle customer's product. And the Dell support staff tried to convince me that it will happen when we open and replace the display. I clearly told them to replace it give it back to me. An I keep on calling them and visiting to the show room where I submitted to get my laptop back. None of the staffs are taking responsibility and provide any honest update. And I am still waiting for my laptop, after 2 complete months. Really frustrated with the Dell service center and the supporting staffs who are all involved. Need my laptop back and I need a clear cut justification from Dell regarding this.
