I Purchased a New Laptop 2months back, I have problem blue screen issue from same day, I contacted the service centre in secunderabad, they checked and confirmed there was hard error, so suggested for replacement then I contacted vendor for replacement but they said, raise complaint in customer care they will replace the device, on next day I contacted and spoke to customer care, they I asked them to replace the device, but they checked and said that the problem was solved, but the issue was not solved I face the same blue screen errors regularly, recently on 04/12/14 again I contacted customer care again the they checked in online and confirmed there was issue in RAM and MOTHERBOARD, and they sent your service executive to replace the RAM, On 06/12/14 your service executive came and checked the device and he confirmed there also problem with HARDDISK also... Actually from Day one onwards when I Contacted the service centre in Secunderabad, the next day onwards I'm telling about this problem to all your people but your people is solving the problem and Now the Problem is in RAM, MOTHERBOARD and HARDDISK means Major Parts in system, almost Total Laptop is Problem, How could I accept to replace the parts in my system, this is my new system, I brought on Last week in September 2014, Kindly replace my Laptop with New One...
