I purchased a laptop DELL 13, VESTRO SERVICES, SERVICE TAG (S/N) 8T81PT1 EXPRESS SERVICE CODE [protected] FROM ANSUN ELECTRONICS PVT. LIMITED, 104, DEEPALI BUILDING, NEHRU PLACE, DELHI WITH CASH PAYMENT OF 29, 000 RUPEES ON 29th August.
While after five days of the purchasing of the product i got some problem and gave a call to customer care service of DELL, they informed me that the warranty of the product has over much before . After that i called ANSUN shop, then they informed that they told me while i was buying the product that One year warrant will be provide form their shop only, which they did not. And if they did, it is not my concern, as i got a DELL product just a month before why should i accept a product that is not even in warranty period. Why should i receive service from a particular shop insted of the DELL ? They are not ready to upgrade the warranty period. I think they do the same with everybody . It is sheer customer right violation . Now i want to inform that if things wount get clear in 2-3 days i will left no option of going for leagl ways. After all one cant not entertain such fraud !!
