[Resolved] DEN Broadband — No Internet services

Took services of DEN Broadband, whose sales people were hardselling in kalkaji area. Its been a month now and the customer care people do not answer . They have taken the payment with no connectivity given to the customers. Not sure if this is how Den Broadband provides services to its customers. Really unhappy with their brand performance, and in such competitive market if they are operating in such a way then good luck to their success. Strangely there is no complaint cell or email where one call call/email to complain even. Seems either they have really happy customers or they really are not interested in any complaints from their customers from which they have taken money. Her user id is VEE-79784. DEN Broadband Network Dated 25 August, 2015 Payment encashed of 2545/- on 28th. No network since then. - Thank you.
