Den Cable — Every time get error technical problem setup box is unable to receive a signal | |||||
Hi team, My complain is for den service provider. Everytime i get the message that "your set-top box is not receiving a signal". Every time i need to call den cable and after many calls they donot send anyone. Many times they donot pick the call and even if they will pick the call they simply reply that some issue is going on in your area. Last month the cable didnt work for 15 days, i was calling them contimously but they were not entertaining. Cable worked for 15 days out of whole month and i had to pay for complete month. Still my cable is not working, i usually get time on weekends to watch tv and when i turn on tv i get message your setup box is unable to receive a signal. when i m playing pendrive videos it shows goto option and videos are running by skipping in between how to fix this
