Den Networks — account closure not completed even after 4 months | |||
My name is arunachala prasad and i had raised a request for closure of my den boomband account, a_117454, more than 4 months ago and it is still not completed. The modem/router has been collected but the account hasn't been closed yet. I have made multiple requests and follow-ups regarding this but this hasn't yielded any results yet. I'm concerned that the connection would be misused as the address proof that i had provided during the new connection was also not given back to me and i was told that they had lost it. Dear Sir we are live in rural of mysore district we using den cable service at S V Cable in Sargur please do something to make less fare for poor people the amount 200 rs is more to afford to all o[censored]s.
