Den Networks — cable not working properly | |||
Hello sir, i am hemant from ghansoli, navi mumbai. I am using den cable, service provided by "digital vision" cable network, sector 3, ghansoli, navi mumbai 400701. I am facing one problem since last one month. Most of time, every two days, cable not working and message displayed on tv screen is"[4] you have not subscribed this channel..." then i used to in office, i used to provide box number and they start it immediately. I just want to know what is problem going on, because of this every two days cable not working. Also, service provider has given contact number which is not working. They are not providing working contact number. Office also far away from my address.in addition to this, i always pay my monthly payment before date 5 of every month.
