Den Networks — complaint about den connection and then not picking up the phone after payment | |||
I have taken a den broadband in gurgaon sector 52 wazirabad gurugram. I have pain the 2004 rupees to abhay ([protected]) in paytm and he forwarded the amount to prateek kumar number ([protected]). Its already 3 days passed after payment. But still my connection is suspended. When i call customer care, they use to tell me that we will resolve your issue in 24 hours. But from last three days, the issue is still the same. What is going on, is this the way den use to treat there customers. If you are not able to resolve the issue, then i will mark a complaint in consumer court against den broadband and all the members mentioned above. Was this information helpful? | |||
