Den Networks — Error showing channel not subscribed

I m unable to watch any channel. On each channel there is blank screen and a error shows "you are not subscribed to this channel. Contact cable operator/ customer service to subscribe"

Its been 3 days now we have complaint to cable operator but still the prob has not been resolved
