Den Networks — local cable operator is harassing me a lot and i want put my e-mail id into my account

Local cable operator is harassing me a lot.
He has taken rs.600/- in cash for may, 2018 & june, 2018 but has not recharge my connection.
He has written his email id in my account,
Kindly remove his email id & put my email id into my account, so that i can pay into my account directly and
All channels are not coming
Or
I want to pay rs.1000/- into ky account kindly guide.

Goverment sights are not running in den network any other operator i just use sights (Income Tax, GST, TDS, MCA) and any other government sights pls sort out this problem as soon as possible otherwise closed my connection i face this problems many times from september to till date pls sort out

Sir my cable is lost from 3 days and we call local cable operator of den but he is not coming from he is doing the same thing
