[Resolved] Den Networks — Malpractices followed by employees of den networks

Dear Sir,

I am resident of Kamothe for the past 7 years, very recently I bought a new HD TV for which I wanted a new HD set top box. I tried contacting the customer service provider of DEN Networks. To my understanding the Customer Service Agents are just there to receive calls and not do anything regarding the enquiries of customer. There I had a word with one of the executives wherein he said that the HD set top box is charged ar Rs 1999. I got very much excited and told him to arrange for a callback from his senior for further information, for everyone's kind information I didn't receive any call from his senior.All these instances occurred on 8th February 2016. After waiting for 2 whole days and not receiving a call I contacted the Local DEN Networks operator Mr Uttam Kale ( [protected]) on 10th Feb 2016.
We had a discussion and he said that he will be able to arrange for a HD set top box only for Rs 3000 (contrary to what I was told by the customer Service Agent of DEN Networks. Mr Uttam Kale also told me that the customer service agents are fools and they don't know the actual price and due to shortage of HD set top boxes we are charging you a bit more than the actual price ) after much negotiation I agreed to give him Rs 2650 thinking that he would fast track the process of installation.Now its 21st Feb 2016 and still I haven't heard from Uttam Kale and he is also not answering the calls.
I once visited his office and he said that he has bought the set top boxes but they are still not active to which I feel he is lying.
I would like a refund as he has completely negated the same stating that the device is already been bought or else I want the device to be installed ASAP.

The Set Top Box has been installed at my home on 22 Feb 2016, so right now no need to keep the complaint live as the need has been resolved
