Den Networks — network and bandwidth issue | |||
Hi team, Its been really pathetic to deal with den broadband services or support staff. My calls are being disconnected because i am asking to resolve my issue for which i have paid for. I am escalating my case since jan month and complaining about bandwidth issue with me. I am paying for 20mbps plan but since the day i have installed the setup. I did not even used even10 mbps of my paid plan. Even when i escalate or ask for solution i am promised to send engineer to resolve my issue within 24 hours. Yes they come and try to resolve the issue by reset router only and just say its not wotking fine we will comeback with solution but never comeback and strange part is to close my complaint without my confirmation. I have ecalated on mail and calls many times but never get proper solution ever. I asked to discontinue my service but supervisor convinced me to ensure the proper solution of my query but still the same service and attitude i am facing by your employees so far.. And fyi.. Your engineers are not even able to rectify the issue of customers as they work. They dont even understand what is the bandwidth. So suggest you to do something for this as well. As i have already escalated my issue again n again.. But did not find any solution against it. I have humble request to please refund my full amout i have paid else i have to go further with this case as scam. Even its 3red day that my network is down and have escalated but no solution so far.
