I have DEN satellite cable (smart card no[protected] since last 2 years. We have Sairaj cable (mobile no [protected] / [protected]) as our local cable operator.
At the time of installation he gave us new set top box(STB) with cable connection for which he charged 1000 Rs installation charges. Reason I shifted to DEN was Star sports channels which were not available with other cable. For few months star sports was working but after some days it stopped working as the he may have recharged channel pack for some months.
When I asked him about star sports channel, he said STB has some issue and needs to be changed which was off course a lie. Then he took new STB, saying company will repair it & it will take time till then he gave me old STB which was already repaired two times (repair dates mentioned on STB)
Now suddenly old STB stopped working. When I asked about my new STB which was installed during subscription, he started shouting and said as warranty period is over that STB can't be given back to me. Also even I paid yearly subscription charges, still cable disconnects after every 3 months for which I had to take follow up every time. He is not giving service & always gives some irrelevant answers.
He always speaks harshly & rudely. He asked me to pay 500 Rs repair charges for the faulty STB. I have taken this matter through mail to DEN satellite executives but received no response. Even customer care is not helping and always suggested to sort out the issue with Cable Operator. No use of customer care. Was this information helpful? |
