Den Networks — not getting channel since from last 45 days

My area cable opertor are not responding for no signal network since from 45 days and he has taken 200 rupees for repair but he has not taken setupbox till now and connection also not disconnecting he has taken starting 1600 rupees for deposit, when i leave the area he told half of amount will give back now he has not giving any deposit amount and repair amount, his name is Basavaraj Saraswathi Godam near jagat circle Kalaburgi now I Request u kindly give another person for operating and refund my deposit amount.
