Den Networks — not providing channel as per my choice

I am regularly complain about channel package that will not provide me as per my choice instead your operated force me to choose as they selected that is 350 rs pack in which zee TV is not given
My complain nos are 5186428. 5230040., 5230705, now operator cut my connection . I also choose online on your site and by telephone that is called by den. But still not resolve my problem

Now no one wants to solve this problem. If this is the progress in one month then I want to switch over the connection and please refund mY security and set box money

Now they call me for another request and I go through their website and done again. This time I have to cancel my February request and then I am able for new request so I done this . Let's see what happens next. I attach the screen shot
