Den Networks — Recharge done but box inactive

Dear sir/ madam,

please close this open case i had recharge my den tv cable by paymytv.in on 13th April, And after successful recharge of my den setup box my cable was working properly.

But 14th April my cable is gone and I have contact on Den customer care and I have discussed my issue then executive said "contact local cable operator".
And executive has provided case id for my complaint[protected]w301107 ).But let me tell you today that my cable operator has said that "he will not be responsible" when I recharge my setup box online and they closed my case without resolving my problem I continuously reporting on den customer care the provide me another case I'd but operator will closing the case without communicating with me.

My new case I'd is 25042022w451934 .

I request you to kindly take action so that I can enjoy my cable TV.
