[Resolved] Den Networks — Refund my money

Your salesman took Rs2061 for 20mbps 50gb plan and next day your technician came in and said that wifi line is not available in my location. I raised the request for refund through your den customer executive on 8th dec and he told me that by 23rd dec your money will be refunded . I called them on 24th that i didnt get the refund your executive told me that he is raising the request and den team will contact me with in 24 hours . I waited till 26th, and then i called again and your supervisor (Ankush) assured me that he is also raising the request and within 24 hours someone will call me from Den team . And now its 28th and i am so much fed up that now only way i can see to get my money back is By filing a case in consumer forum and i will not go with den neither i will suggest someone . Either Refund my money back or get ready for the legal action that i am planning to take against you people.(Sanchit) [protected].

After complaining about DEN here, i also emailed them at [email protected] regarding the same concern on 28th dec and on 13th january, person from DEN came with the cheque of same amount which i paid to their sales executive for the connection .
