This is regarding my complaint, ticket no tkt279 dated 11/03/18. I made an online payment of rs 2004 for my next cycle of denboomband user id-ti[protected] starting on 16th march 2018. The payment was done online on 6/03/2018. As i will not be using the boomband service for next few months i would like to cancel the recharge done and request for refund of the same. Kindly provide a solution for the same asap as my next cycle will start within 5 days.
