Den Networks — regarding disconnection of service and return of security deposit | |||
I took connection from den network on 10th feb'19 in 2 tvs (One hd and one non hd) for which i made payment of about rs. 3000 including security deposit. During last 6 months, i faced many issues regarding service especially in hd connection, to which i complaint many times. The issue resolved when complaint made but then again problem arises. Till date permanent solution is not got the problem and yesterday i disconnected the connection and took connection of airtel tv. This may also be noted that den boy climbed by terrace from other neighbor terrace yesterday without informing me. Now i want to return the box to which he is refusing and telling that he will not refund the security deposit. Was this information helpful? | |||
