Hi, im rahul from khurja, recently Im shifted bangalore to my home town khurja, bangalore also I'm using den setup box, when ever I'm shifting my native place, im already asked cable operater any problem if im use this setup box use my native place, operater says no prblm U can use, but if im use this box my home town, he is nt working, local operater also says that this box can not use that up, if im call to Den customer care, executive say that requirement to no letter, but previous no one can update this required to noc letter, here also Im call to bangalore operater, now also he told noc nt required, he also don't know noc letter, no one can help me customer care, .I'm totally disturb, because I'm purchase around den stepup box 1600 rs. .Pls help me I want to same setup box using my home town, , & I don't want to spend money...pls help help..my mob no-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi I am Pijush from Kolkata. My HDMI output of the Box is not working for the last few months. Around 6 months back exactly this fault was rectified by our local cable operator and after few days again i was unable to use the HDMI Port. Several times i requested my cable operator but my problem was not solved. Now i am watching my TV through VGA port. In this situation i am requesting your help to repair my Box so that i can watch clear picture.
