Dena Bank — repeated neft failures - no explanation | |||
I have been using dena bank internet banking for a while. I initiated neft transfer to my other bank account. It returned after 2 days just stating not settled. No further information. I retried again and again it returned next day. I have had repeated instances where neft did not work. I raised a complaint online and they simply closed the complaint stating 'what is the error? ' I am stunned at their professionalism and customer commitment. They are not interested to solve customer issues. No wonder they do not even pick up phone calls when i call up the branch for some query. Was this information helpful? | |||
