Dena Bank — Transaction failure but amount debited from account | |||||
Dear sir/mam, I had transferred some of amount from my dena bank a/c. (Through mobile banking) on dt.28.10.16 to other account. I received a transaction failure massage but amount sill not refunded in my account. I had visited my branch about ten times but they did not solved my problem. They said that please contact with dena iconnect we can't do anything at our end. I also contact with dena iconnect through email but not getting any reply.
