Dentalkart.com — dental air otor handpiece bought online is defective,

I had purchased an dental air otor handpiece by dentalkart's online dental product site, dentalkart.com on 24th june2019, as per their return policy within 10days, i reported to them that the product sent by them is a defective handpiece along with video demonstration of product, they agreed upon the product having some problem, this i inform them on 3rd july2019, for which, i had asked a refund or replacement with another brand new quality handpiece, they said it will be repaired, how can i accept new defective product that to within 10days of delivery.
They do supply inferior quality products.
Kindly take action against this site, to save other drs fall into their fraudulent activities.

I do not want the new handpiece to be repaired but replacement for the new good quality is requested.
