Deobazaar Internet Commerce — order not delivered even in advance payment

I had ordered on 17.02.2020 and paid rs 949/- online by net banking. But till date my order is not dispatched. I had emailed to the concern email id and tried to call, but no response by the above mentioned company.

I don't know how to contact them.
