Department of Atomic Energy — gas subsidy unavailability

I am hp gas consumer who has been retired from services around four years back. My consumer number was 670669 before i shifted from nerul navimumbai to kharghar navimumbai where my consumer number is 646696. I was receiving gas subsidy before last two gas cylinder bookings out of which one was booked before shifting in nerul and one was booked after shifting in kharghar. Now i am being told that i will not to get any subsidy as i have fallen in hig. I understand that that my annual earning is less than 10 lacs. Please clarify.
