I regular customer approached customer care at delli, to purchase the vacation voucher, my call was transferred [protected], as per their req i paid 7999/- i received the package, but it was from utr shop4trip, the location list was entirely different from dining plus, all 3rd rated accommodation, immediately the i contacted urt, told them to cancel the transaction to refund the amount, but they refusing cancellation,
