Derby Communications India Private Limited (www.Derbyindia.com) — Calls the customer and telling false information to get customer's credit card details.

I was contacted by these fraud on saturday (14/03/2015).At first a person talks very professionally saying that he is from visa/master card India department and tells that there is a special offer in your card given based on your good credit history.As I was having a good credit repayment history I was excited by the offer.The offer that these told me are 6, 999 rupees package which includes reward points worth 6, 999 rupees, 2 holiday packages for 3 days and 2 night domestic and international, then free gift choosen from 7 items in basket, free Religare health check up worth rupees 2, 500, Gift card which offers discount upto 30% for all online shopping and a dinning plus card.After telling these offers they won't let you cut your call and they won't let you decide.They simply play with our excitement and tell all the stories to let us go for this offer.Then after you say 'yes', you will be called by other person from derby communications India Private limited (www.derbyindia.com) and tell that visa/mastercard department have confirmed that you are interested in our offer so he will ask you to pay the 6, 999 rupees.Then you will be redirected to IVR transaction (Interactive Voice Response) where a telephonic recorded voice will ask all your card details including expiry date and cvc number.This is where I got very sceptical and told him that I won't give my details.But he told that I can trust them completely without any issues and that they are doing this service for past several years in collaboration with visa and master card departments.Unfortunately I gave all the details as I was not aware of such frauds before.Then they ask you to type in OTP password received in my mobile.I told that too and then my money is gone.I am writing here so that you people be aware and ignore these cheating .After wards I blocked my card as my details has been stolen by them trickily.Please don't fall pray to such fraud activities.This must be stopped.
