Ok. Thanks for your support sr. I'm really thankful for your support. Today they (Derby communication) called me that they are feeling very sorry and accepting there fault. And they also gave me a hopeful believe in about my refunding. They committed me that they will surely refunds my amount.
So that sr. I'm recalling my compliments, i'm taking back my complents. And i'm requesting you that please don't take action against them now. Please. Because they suggested me that if i will be taken back my complents, they will refund me with 24th hour.

I already paid in advance the amount of the cab and they suddenly halted the services and not refunded the money in spite of 3 months.
I am regularly following up but they do not even have a shame to reply.
