Desertvila — I received a different product and it was worse

I ordered a dress from desertvila but it was completely different from the product I ordered. I ordered a white dress but I got a saree and I payed too. It was having a tracking id[protected]. Mobile no [protected]. kindly help me with it. It was of 799 rupees. This is really unfair and wrong on the side of these traders. This kind of non genuity was not expected.
