I insist upon you kindly cancel the policies of rs.1 lac and rs 1.45 lacs issued in my (Anup kanti ghosh) and my wife smt jayanti ghosh issued by your esteem company under "jeevandhan" scheme of destimoney securities pvt. Ltd. At 3rd & 8th floor, sugam business park, premises no j-6, block ep & gp, sector v, salt lake city, kolkata, west bengal 700091. The reason being the misguidance of the executives of destimoney securities pvt ltd salt lake office kolkata. The executives of destimoney securities told me that the amount of rs.2.45 lacs invested by me shall be put in fixed deposit scheme for one year starting from 1st july'2017 with an interest rate of 11.99% pa. Later on i was told by their mumbai office that there is no such fd scheme of destimoney securities pvt. Ltd,

Updated by @nup This is further to my complaint lodged vide complaint id: 1681450 on 24.08.2017 for forcing me to purchase health insurance policies in my own name and in the name of my spouse jayanti ghosh by misleading information given by the executives of dspl salt lake sector-v, kolkata office with regard to term deposit for one year for rs.2.45 lacs at an interest @ 11.99% pa starting from 1st july'2017. I demanded cancellation of the said policies and return my money immediately. My complaint was forwarded to destimoney customer care on 30th of august 2017 but i am yet to receive any compliance from destimoney securities pvt. Ltd till date, neither they have refunded my money to the tune of rs.2.45 lacs nor they have communicated any information regarding cancellation of said policies. Only one phone call came to me from their mumbai office asking me if i really want to cancel the investment i made of rs.2.45 lacs, in spite of my affirmative reply no further progress of the process of cancellation has taken place. Once again i demand cancellation of policies unknowingly purchased by me of rs.1 lac (Cheque no.085353 of axis bank garia br. Kolkata) in my name and 1.45 lac (Cheque no.085355 & 085356 of axis bank, garia br. Kolkata) in the name of my spouse jayanti ghosh and return me the entire amount by bank draft or by neft immediately. Kindly do the needful
