Im not getting otp when i try to login bajaj customer portal and when i go to purchase furniture that time aslo otp not coming to my registered mobile number....

I amusing Pulsal 150 which I have purchased in 2020 dec from bajaj showroom at lajpat nagar. Since then all my bike has been servicing at Dewan Bajaj service centre at Dewan Auto Okhla servicing centre. On 12th of Aug I gave my bike for servicing and received my bike on 13th Aug. This is the third class services center I have visited. They did not service bike properly, even not wash your bike before servicing it. I asked to wash the bike after service, adviser asked me to take the bike for washing, then I took the bike myself to their washing area. Even they did not fix break light and make excuses to repair it. Staff is not co-operative....

I just want to express what i felt from Bajaj dewan Palam showroom yesterday as not just me many customers in service area was irritated because of the service they provide . not just that if just google Palam dewan Bajaj, many people have complaint about there service still no actions are taken . they are fooling consumers, charging for unnecessary thing with huge amount .they literally charged me 1850 for bike service even my labor charges...

I bought platina 110 model byke from dewan bajaj palam branch in 1st january 2020. It was my 2nd free service.in 19th may 2020 i went to dewan bajaj palam branch for servicing. After servicing they charged 100rs. For sanitation. And not giving proper bill for sanitation. Only they mention outsource job in the bill. No any circular they are showing that government said that they can charged for sanitation or sanitizer....
