[Resolved] Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — dhfl company is not trustworthy

Dhfl is the company whom we cannot trust. Worst experience ever!! Applied for plot loan and they are forcing me to take life insurance, home shield insurance etc without which loan will not be approved. Literally being forced by dhfl employees. Never trust them and plan to purchase something. Sincere advise.

We can see the downfall of the dhfl stock recently - fall by 60%.. When customer is not cared.. This is what happens to companies. Good lesson!

Updated by Raghavender Mashetty I received a letter of offer cum acceptance letter from DHFL (Sanction letter to be signed by me) which includes the Insurance policies without my concern. Requested the concerned authority to waive off the insurances and provide without them but looks like that is not possible (this is what I heard and keep saying from them). I already hold 1 crore insurance policy from SBI

FYI : The loan is not disbursed yet.

Well, the insurance included in sanction letter are below:
1 DHFL Home Shield H L underwritten by Dhfl Pramerica Life Insurance Co. Ltd. . The Premium amount is Rs. 57010.00/-
2 GI Residential Property Insurance underwritten by DHFL General Insurance Ltd. . The Premium amount is Rs. 18762.00/-

As confirmed by you, can you please get this waived off from my sanction letter and sort the things quickly to get my cheque released. Attached the offer cum acceptance letter from DHFL for your reference (I haven't accepted yet).

Also, as suggested included dhflpramerica response team also in the loop to take action against the 1st insurance policy stated above.
