[Resolved]  Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — do not take loan from dhfl-emi rate increasing dramatically.

I have taken a home loan last year and did not receive any loan documents yet. I have called the agent 10 times and he is least bothered. He told us lots of lies at the time of taking the home loan and did not share the reality behind the floating emi rates. Even when the rbi has not made any changes in the emi rate, my home loan interest rate is sky rocketing. Besides, rate has been increased 3 to 4 times over this 1 year and when i am asking for an explanation they simply say they do not know. What kind of reply is that???
