It's been more than 6 months i have not been intimated about the status of pmay.
Whenever i follow up with dhfl customer care centers, they r helpless / hopeless to help me with anything i ask for.
They tell me to visit my home branch.
It's quite difficult to visit home branch during week days.
It shows dhfl customer care is so weak.
And it takes whole day just sitting and waiting for one's turn to get query solved at the home branch.
It's pathetic. They should really work on the customer satisfaction in a true manner.

Please take genuine step to solve my query.
