My name is srinivasan n and my loan no is 0002943
My complaint is my hdfc account debit rs.413 on behalf of dhfl loan for late pay of due.

But actually there is no late pay for last month
And before that i had paid late pay fee amount rs.590 through paynimo i'd:[protected] on october 1st 2017.

Then why my money was debited. Please suggest

Updated by Srini nagarai And there is no proper customer care number for dhfl then how the users can ask or complaint anything immediately .

This is not a good management and there is no customer satisfy in your Salem branch.
They treat us like a slave after took all our documents
