[Resolved] Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — non receipt of my house plan in xerox

Sir I have lost my house plan, and it was deposited in the dhfl office when it was sanctioned my homloan, in Dec 2015, I have written email so many times from 12 October 2018, they replied to get the required documents in 15 days, but till date I will not receive it, they only give false promises, I had complained this matter to consumer forum, plz help.
