This is to bring to your notice that on[protected] chola ms insurance sent a claim of 5, 00, 000 rs to the dhfl account towards my father's loan account. It's been more than 40 days that neither of the dhfl home branch people i. E., dhfl kurnool branch nor customer service from dhfl are giving response. Every month it is getting burden to pay the loan emi with high rate of interest. But these dhfl people not at all responding properly to us. We asked for official confirmation regrading claim initiation from chola ms insurance so that we can close the remaining loan amount but dhfl people are not even responding to us regarding confirmation. Everytime dhfl kurnool branch people are repeating same thing by saying that 'we did not get any confirmation from dhfl head office to give the confirmation and inspite they are only saying that it does not take no longer 3 week' but don't know why its been too late'. I am getting very worse response from dhfl.
So i sincerely request you to give us the official confirmation regarding claim amount and tell us the remaining amount to pay from our side in order to close the loan.
