[Resolved] Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — online loan portal does not show loan details

Hello dhfl,
I have a property loan with dhfl from 2008 and i have registered on dhfl's web portal, but i donot see any details other than my loan number when i login (Screen shot attached).

I have escalated this to customer care and only solution they give is to reset my password, which i have done multiple times but issue exists.

Please suggest how this could be fixed.
