We have applied loan in early months of 2017 on my husband's name and loan account number is 1664 and also my relative applied loan in same bank account no is 1660. We both are struggling to apply pmay. We have called customercare and checked with rajhamundry branch where actually we have taken loan and also main branch ameerpet. Noone have the full knowledge on pmay scheme. Also, my relative (1660 loan id) mailed to all the mails, [protected]@dhfl.com, [protected]@dhfl.com, [protected]@dhfl.com. We didnt get any information on pmay scheme. One will say goto ameerpet branch, they will say they wont accept its in out pincode list. By december 2017, scheme will end and who will take responsibility for this. Will dhfl pay money to us as they failed to apply scheme or do they give any benefits? Or will they apply scheme for us.
