As per dhfl guildline we have made prepayment before 25th of the month and i have confirmed the updated emi after my prepayment but now they are saying it is not updated in the system and you have to pay emi which i am paying before the prepayment.in this case there employee have not activity done there work then why should i will suffer because of there mistake. I have done all the due diligence from my side.
