Query about:- pradhan mantri awas yojana form – acknowledgement copy not received.

My self savita anil utekar, i had applied for the dhfl housing loan in the month of march 5, 2016. The loan got sanctioned for total amount of rs. 1089461/- tenure 20 years with home shield policy. I am the first holder of this loan (Applicant) and my husband mr. Anil utekar is a co-applicant. Loan sanctioned application number is – 01278382.

As we both me and my husband was aware of pradhan mantri awas yojana scheme, that’s the reason we are applying for housing loan. So we inquired with some of our relatives and friends who recently applied for the scheme with various banks.

I had visited dahisar office one week before submission of my pradhan mantri awas yojana scheme, i had collected the same from customer helpdesk no. 4. After one week when i went to submit the form that time customer helpdesk no. 5 informed me that form is incomplete. Reason was not having co - applicant signature on each and every page of form. This is to inform you that customer helpdesk should have full fledge knowledge to guide the customer. Again there was half information given by customer helpdesk no. 5, which we come to know from one of our relative that we have to stick the photo of both applicant and co - applicant on the form and has to crossed sign on the same.

Anyways i had submitted the form with all documents mention below on may 26, 2017 at counter no. 4, that time on the spot at customer helpdesk no. 4. She asked me declaration of holding a single house on my name. Which as a customer i feel really pathetic. Customer is getting trouble in all this incomplete information process. I will request you to train all customer helpdesk with well-equipped knowledge.

Pradhan mantri awas yojana form – signature on each and every page with photo (Applicant and co-applicant)
Pan card copy – both us (Self attested)
Aadhar card copy – both us (Self attested)
Bank statement – 1 years both us (Self attested)
Itr – 1 year (Self attested)

Query – after submitting the form i haven’t received any acknowledgement copy not even the reference no against the submission of form and documents as a proof. I asked for the acknowledgement copy, i was informed that you will receive mail or else phone after 3 months of completion of our process, counter no.4 customer care helpdesk staff neglect and told after 3 months only you will come to know the status then too after verification from the government.

My question is what will be the proof with us the we had submitted the form to your office. As per my knowledge and information other banks are providing proof copy with reference no. Why dhfl can’t provide the same if not atleast provide stamp of dhfl on copy of the form.

Even i have proof other banks are providing ref no on the form copy.

This to inform that i need the acknowledgement copy for the submitted form.

Also request you to kindly look into the matter and revert on the same.
