We refer to your query regarding the applicability of the new rate of interest of 8.35% on your loan application no. 01359052. In this regard, we would like to inform you that as per the terms of the loan agreement and the relaxed money market conditions, we have reduced our Retail Prime Lending Rate (RPLR) by 10bps (0.10%) w.e.f. 01/11/2016. The benefit of the reduction was passed onto your account and accordingly, the ROI on your loan account was reduced to 10.05%.

We would like to inform you that the Rate of Interest of 8.35% is towards the present market condition to encourage and create demand in the Housing Sector, wherein the demand which will boost the housing sector will allow the benefit to be passed on to the customer.
