We had applied for a home loan through dhfl on 22nd sep 2018.
And due to their internal issues they could not provide us the loan. Due to which we had to apply a fresh application with another bank. Dhfl took a good amount as pre-processing fee and they promised a refund. We have been writing endless mails to them starting from customer care to their ceo. But no refund is given yet. Please help! Its been 6 months now.
