BAREILLY (UP) BRANCH

You have sanctioned a loan of Rs. 6, 00, 000/- (Six Lakh only) for us from your Bareilly (UP) branch. (Jointly in the name of Narendra Kumar Mishra & Preeti Mishra). I have received two installments of this loan in time and third installment when I complained. For further reimbursement of balance amount your survey team already (before 20days) surveyed my house & submitted the report of your Bareilly office. My 95% construction work almost completed and only electricity (wiring etc already done only switches & sockets are left) & plumber (only Tanki & Showers are left) works are left. Now I am facing problem to finalization of work.
And I am sorry to inform you that till today I have not received any amount from your Bareilly branch.
When I contacted your Bareilly (UP) branch they told me that their is Audit going on in the branch and installment may reimbursed after Audit.
I have called various authorities regarding this issue but no body response properly on phone number i.e. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] (No Response),[protected]No Response), [protected] (Only for New Customer No Response).
I have also received two numbers from Nodel Officer Mr. Sanjeev Gyani but numbers also not responding [protected] & [protected].
I also want to know that you are not reimbursed my loan installment and only interest of loan deducted from my account every month. What is this? I want to give your full installment but your Bareilly office not deducting full installment due to part reimbursement of Loan. My loan reimbursement is pending only in your end.
I request you to Please contact the Bareilly UP branch and reimburse my balance loan amount as soon as possible to I may complete my home.
